She has a strong suit in leadership hiring, niche hiring and competency training. She has an expertise in attracting and assessing leaders across all functions. She earns an MBA degree from Pune university. She is also passionate about creating more inclusive cultures and helping women with potential achieve their career goals.

Atiesh Mishra is an Business Aviation professional with 20 years of experience in the industry providing bespoke private aviation solutions to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Corporations and Business leaders. His practice includes Transaction advisory, Management Consulting, Acquisition & sale of aviation companies and Aircraft Sales.

In his past tenure he has been working in number of Senior Leadership roles with major companies like Tata Group, Essar Group, Universal Weather and Aviation, ExecuJet Aviation.

In 2009 he was involved in setting up of India’s first General Aviation Terminal(FBO) in Mumbai airport. He is a passionate aviator holding a Commercial Pilots license and based in New Delhi India.
